Self-Disipline

1. Food - I love food. I'm good at working out, but it doesn't even really matter because I eat a ton. I am accountable to myself to be healthy. To improve, I can only purchase healthful foods to resist temptations as well as not eat super late at night.
2. My faith - I should pray more and make my faith more of a priority in my life. I attend mass and bible studies, but I need to have a quiet time several days a week. I have many people holding me accountable, such as my friends and mentor.
3. Sleep - I go to bed late and then can't wake up in the morning. This is not good for my health and I am often running late because I can't ever seem to get out of bed. My room mate holds me accountable because I know my constant alarms will wake her up. The more sleep I get, the more productive I will be.
4. Online Shopping - This is a large temptation for me, and  I should save my money more. My parents hold me accountable because they see the bills
5. Being on Time Places - I am a chronically late person. I feel like I'm always rushing, because I have a horrible concept of time. Other people who need me to be somewhere hold me accountable. I need to be more aware of how long it takes me to do things.
